Premiair, a Danish company, is the result of the merger of Conair and Scanair in 1994. Airtours had a stake of 50% in it.

The company was completely bought by Airtours plc in 1996 and wears full Airtours colors as many others (Air Belgium, FlyFTI,...). It's one of the first ones, with its mother company, to promote intensive use of Airbus planes for charter flights, which was not frequent until the end of 1998.

The company also leases a Novair Lockheed Tristar with Swedish registration when needed.

No need to say that they fly to the usual sunny destinations.

Scanair DC10-10, one of the ancestors of the Premiair family (1980). Has merged with Conair to form Premiair. You will notice the distinctive SAS stripes on the underside, with different colors. this plane, SE-DHU ("Sun Jet") starts to taxi (technician still visible on tarmac) to runway at Palma de Mallorca in June '89. Since '94, this aircraft has become OY-CNU (see next picture), flying for Premiair on lease from Scandinavian Leisure group AB (subsidiary of Airtours).
The same, OY-CNU, Premiair DC10-10 right in line for landing at Las Palmas on Nov. 13th '99. The airline had three more of those. As such, the airline was founded in 1994 and has 1300 employees. Later the aircraft will be flying (Aug. '00 ?) as G-TAOS for Airtours themselves.
Sistership OY-CNY, Premiair DC 10-10 (1978), turning to get in line for take off at Teneriffe South (TFS) on Dec.19th '99. Will be flying later (Oct. 2000) as G-TDTW for Airtours themselves.
Premiair Mc Donnell Douglas DC-10-10 (the same again ????), at the end of pushback at Las Palmas (LPA), Canary Islands, earlier, in December '94. This company results of the merger  between Scanair and Conair. It is now a subsidiary of Airtours international.
OY- Premiair A300B4-120 in short finals for the runway in Teneriffe South in dec. '99. P&W power on the A300s.
OY-CNA ??? Premiair Airbus A300B4-120, with P&W power, about to touch down on 03L at Las Palmas. As announced, the replacement of the DC10s has began...
At that time, there were still 4 DC10-10s and one DC10-30. Apparently, there are all gone back to Airtours now.
OY-?? Premiair A330 in short finals for the runway in Teneriffe South on Dec.19th '99. Brand new plane, with RR engines ! To be honest, the plane could also be the one I spotted (but did not photograph) at Puerto Plata (Dominican Republic) on January 2000, still wearing British reg (G-CSJS).
OY-CNW,  Premiair A320-211 (1992). This Danish plane seems as British as the Belgian one (following) ! Seen on Nov. 13th '99 at Las Palmas. One of the six the company operates.
OO-AEY, Air Belgium A320-211 (1992). Full Airtours colors and titles (and tiny Air Belgium titles - above the first windows) for this A320, ex OY-CNR, landing at Las Palmas on Nov. 13th '99. Almost a twin of the preceeding plane. There are two of those in the three planes fleet. A twin of Premiair, belonging to the same Airtours group
